Social Media Campaign #SPEAKPURPOSE

Hello friends! My name is Priscilla and I am Founder of Transforme Project.

ree

When I was 8 months I was diagnosed with Epilepsy and I was bless enough to receive a miracle at the age of 12. I don’t remember a lot of “moments” or “memories” but the few ones I do remember, all end up with me being bullied.

Life can throw us a curveball, and few of us received many to PLENTY of them. My most recent one was depression; four years ago I fell into a chronic depression where I honestly felt I wasn’t going to come out. Even in that state I was bullied. Kindness wasn’t the first reaction or gift people would give me because they weren’t use to see me this way or my favorite was “she just wants attention”. With the loss of 7 people in less than a year, four of them were family members. I wasn’t thinking straight or taking the best decisions, maybe then I did needed attention.

My depression walked me through my past every minute and reminded me that I had not future. Betrayal, abuse, sickness on and off, bullying, disability, domestic violence, loss, rejection, etc. Are a real things and not everybody handle’s it the same way. This doesn’t and didn’t make me weak it made me REAL.

We ALL need kindness in the best or worst seasons of our lives. Depression didn’t steal my identity, it stole my purpose. If you are going through depression right now let me tell you there is HOPE and you can survive, you are a hero in process... one day you will inspire many to their purpose.

Today I’m launching a social media campaign #SPEAKPURPOSE to cause awareness in my city and soon to the nations. According to World Health Organization 300 million of all ages suffer depression, around 800,000 die from suicide each year and suicide has become the second world death for young people from 15 to 29 years.

Let’s make a difference, let’s become a voice and a movement in social media!!! Also, give a ♥️ of kindness, purpose and love to others. Ready? Set... GO 🌎
